Below is a list of services we offer to iSchool instructors and ways we can collaborate with SU instructors/ departments.

 All iSchool Instructors New Faculty On-boarding and Orientation Training We provide extensive training to new instructors at the iSchool, offer events each semester to help instructors connect to each other, and much of this website is designed to introduce new faculty to the iSchool teaching community. We’ll contact you! Typically 1- 1.5 hours
 All iSchool Instructors ICE Box Talks Event topics are community driven. Instructors volunteer or are asked by the FCTL to showcase a particular skill, strategy or technology for the iSchool and SU community. Interested in giving a talk? Typically 1- 1.5 hours, including time to share experiences, learn from fellow attendees, and receive in-depth tutorials of instructional technology and teaching strategies
 All iSchool Instructors Classroom Observations Having an issue in the classroom? Want the eyes of another instructor to see how you’re doing? We’ll arrange to see a class session, or observe online for 2 weeks, then give you feedback and work with you to apply the feedback and assess any changes as you see fit.  All iSchool Instructors Info Sessions Open to all iSchool instructors, these are active learning sessions hosted on campus and online. Recordings and support materials are posted on the website 1 day after the event. Click here to see upcoming sessions. 1.5 hours, including time to share your experiences, begin to apply techniques to your classroom, and participate in peer-to-peer discussion.
 All iSchool Instructors Professional Development Support We are here to help connect you to other iSchool and SU community instructors with whatever personal initiatives you are interested in pursuing. Want to schedule a writing session? We want to help, anything from sharing your event on listservs, posting it on calendars, and creating physical/digital advertising. N/A
 All iSchool Instructors Adobe Connect Virtual Sessions Open to all iSchool instructors, these are working virtual sessions where you will learn to apply new technologies, strategies and techniques for your classroom.  All iSchool Instructors Syllabus Review Send us your syllabus for fast applicable feedback on learning outcomes and mapping to the Senate template. Review and feedback within 5 days of sending your syllabus
 All iSchool Instructors Classroom Demonstrations We can demonstrate any technology you are planning to use in the classroom, from polling services to Black Board and video creation tools for assignments. Request a demonstration using the Contact us form on the left side of the page. 0.5-1 hour, depending on topic scope
 All SU Instructors Teaching and Technology Sessions Upon faculty department/school request, we’re happy to provide instructional sessions on topics such as course design, instructional technology, Blackboard and Adobe Connect technologies like those we provide for iSchool instructors. Request a session using the Contact us form on the left side of the page. 1 – 1.5 hours, depending on topic scope
  All SU Instructors All Campus Talk Each semester, we open a professional development session on a select instructional design topic to all SU instructors. 1.5 hours

Along with the services listed above, we can also serve as a resource for such things as: handling introverted and extroverted students, flipping a lesson plan, engaging students, creating a welcome video, etc.
